Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

    Personal Trainer at The Island Gym

    The Island Gym is one of the most friendly Gyms and is full of Cardio equiptment, together with enough free and machine weights, to satisfy the most demanding customers, as well as beginners. A dedicated room for Yoga and Pilates makes this a Gym worth a visit. Three Personal Trainers can help get you started, or advance your progress.

    I can safely say I am one of the more qualified Trainers in Essex and my certification is second to none.

    Training for Those with Problems

    As an Exercise Referral Instructor, I can work with a range of problems from Heart to Obesity, Diabetes to Osteoporosis and you could be eligible to be referred by your Doctor, on a 12 week course.
